Franchise owner Jamie Darnow has been on a mission to change the eating habits of his community. He hopes to educate his guests, especially kids, that healthy food can also be incredibly delicious. He accomplished this mission by opening an Island Fin Poké Co. and serving food that is tasty, gluten-free and can be customized due to any food allergies. Darnow and his team plan to continue to provide Greenwich with this nutritious fast-casual alternative for many years to come. The Greenwich location has also won “Favorite Restaurant“ in Cos Cob, beating out 50 other local spots.
