UPDATING THE APP & LOGGING IN

Q: How do I upgrade the app to the new version?

A: If you have your automatic updates turned on through your device, your app will automatically update! If you do not have automatic updates enabled, simply head to the Island Fin Poké Co. app in your app store and tap “Update.”

Q: I forgot the email I used to log in. How do I recover it?

A: Try to log in with the last email you remember using. If you are still experiencing issues, please email [email protected] or [email protected] with the subject line “App Login Issues” with your first name, last name and email address, and we will retrieve your account information.

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

A: Go into the app and tap “Account” on the bottom right of the homepage, then tap “Forgot Password” and enter the email associated with your account.

Q: I don’t have an account. Should I make one? How do I do that?

A: You should definitely make one! With an account, you’ll be able to earn loyalty points and rewards! If you have already downloaded our app, tap “Account” on the bottom right of the homepage, then tap “Create Account.” If you do not have the app, go into your app store and download the Island Fin Poké Co. app!

Q: What is the benefit of creating an account?

A: There are so many benefits of creating an account, such as earning loyalty points with each order, the ability to quickly reorder your favorite items and receiving a FREE Regular Poké Bowl on your birthday!

Q: Can I still order if I do not update my app?

A: Yes, BUT it is important to understand that if you continue to use the outdated Island Fin Poké Co. app, you will not accrue any loyalty points. It is best to update your app right away to ensure that you are collecting all of your rewards and have the most ideal app experience!

LOYALTY & REWARDS

Q: Will my existing credit and loyalty points transfer over to the new app?

A: Yes! Your history, current point balance and credits will all transfer over to your new profile once you update your app!

Q: How do I earn points?

A: You will accrue with each dollar you spend! $1 spent = 1 point earned. As you build up your loyalty points, you will earn rewards!

Q: Can I use rewards for in-store & app purchases?

A: Yes, you can absolutely apply any rewards to in-store and app items purchased!
